This festival is divided into two categories. Please include categories when sending works.

Professional Category

Students Category: open for the cartoonists who are 16 and younger (under 16)

This cartoon festival can be followed by all cartoonists from all over the world

Cartoon must be colorful, black and white are not allowed

File size / format: minimum size: 1 MB; maximum size:15 MB; file format: JPG; Resolution: 300 dpi; Color mode: RGB

 In other words the work must be safe and good to be printed on A3 paper

Each cartoonist is entitled to submit maximum 5 (five) cartoons

Cartoons are the cartoonists original idea

2. 2nd prize: Trophy, certificate & 7.000.000

3. 3rd prize: Trophy, certificate & 5.000.000 IDR

Student Category:

1. 1st prize: Trophy, certificate & 5.000.000 IDR

2. 2nd prize: Trophy, certificate &  3.000.000 IDR

3. 3rd prize: Trophy, certificate & 2.000.000 IDR

4. Honorable Mentions (5): Trophy & certificate & 1.000.000 IDR
