Farewell Isa Khan

Maestro Isa Qolipour, known as Isa Bakhshi, a local musician and one of the last survivors of North Khorasan Bakhshies, passed away on May 3th after enduring a period of illness in the city of Bojnoord. In 2013, the first cartoon site festival was held with the theme of this master's face, and artists from 45 countries participated in it. Cartoon magazine team offers its condolences to the art community for this irreparable loss.
