Theme:

will be BEAVERS LAUGH (the name of the village Bobritsa in Ukrainian language originates from "beaver")

Conditions:

-Each artist can enroll with the maximum of five ( 5 ) UNPUBLISHED works in the format 30x40 cm and using any technique . On the back of each drawing, or in registration must include the author's full name, address (with ZIP code), email, phone number, ID number, social security number and bank account

-with maximum size of 5 megabytes

Prizes:

First prize: euro 800.00 (eight hundred)
Second place : 500.00 (five)
Third place : 300.00 (three hundred)

Deadline:

16June to 16 August 2017

Conditions:

-Participants are not age-limited

-HIGH QUALITY COPIES ONLY, up to 4 pages, will be accepted. Works have to be sent via post office (e-mails excluded). Along with their work, participants are also required to send a filled APPLICATION

-Required language: English

-Submitted entries can be previously published

-Theme, style, technique and genre are free-choice

-Page numbers should be written on the back of each page

-Submitted entries will be reviewed for official awards, sponsors' prizes and the festival exhibition.

Conditions:

Entrants could submit more than one work, however no more than one award will be awarded to participants. All graphic techniques are allowed. Text is not allowed, but can use internationally known expressions. digitally at least 300 dpi, RGB, JPG, colored or black and white. The work may have been published, but not won the prize.

Each entrant must provide name and surname, address, phone number including country code, and email address , the author’s first and last name, title (if applicable), year of creation, e-mail
