Conditions:

- CATEGORIES

ADULTS CATEGORY: AGES 17 AND OVER

YOUNGS CATEGORY: AGES 16 AND UNDER

-This cartoon contest is open to all amateur and professional world artists

-Drawing technique is free

-A maximum of three (3) cartoons related to the topic “Let's Use Water, Our Source of Life Carefully” can be sent

-A maximum of three (3) Works related to the subject of “Cemal Nadir Güler Caricature” can be sent

-Cartoons must be in 300 dpi resolution, "scanned" and "jpeg" format, with a maximum size of 3 MB

-The artists must clearly write their personal informations (Name, Surname, Age, Contact Address, Country, e-mail and Telephone Number)

- Sent cartoons may have been published before, but should not have received an award in another competition

Prizes:

FIRST PRIZE : 10.000 ₺

SECOND PRIZE : 7.000 ₺

THIRD PRIZE : 4.000 ₺

MENTION PRIZE (X3): 2.000 ₺
