We invite all cartoonists around the world to apply with their original cartoons

The Cartoons are accepted (maximum 5)in digital

(A4, 250dpi, jpg) with personal details (name, surname, address, e-maile, CV)

Cartoon should not be rewarded at any festival carlicr

Prizes:

First prize   €300  "Golden HiTHi"

Second prize   €200   "Silver HiTHi"

Third prize   €100   "Bronze HiTHi"
