International   Earthquake and Strengthening Caricature Festival

was held with the aim of   promoting the culture of strengthening against earthquake and fighting against non-engineering structures in conjunction with the Day of Research and on the occasion of the Bam earthquake anniversary (December 26) under the auspices of the Engineer Training Center of Khaneh Omran Sharif Mashhad.
