CANDIDATES OF THE BEST CARTOON & CARTOONISTS IN THE WORLD AND IRAN 2012

More than hundred years ago just on April7, 1906 a satirical magazine was published in Azerbaijan and shocked east. According to superstition, ignorance and dictatorship at that period; we can understand its impact in the masses. We can note of some revolutions which was occurred at this current in the region such as Tabriz constitutional revolution and later in others city of Iran and Turkey. Cartoons that were published in this magazine were very clear and beautiful and understandable. We called 7 April as cartoons and cartoonists day. Every year since 2005 a ceremony was held on this day in some countries and cities, this is a way to remind the community of importance of cartoon in. Tabriz Cartoon Association as one of the world's most prestigious institutions presented and appreciated of the best cartoon and cartoonist in this day every year. This year according to Tabriz cartoonist's board a committee was formed and this committee choice the following names as candidates in consideration of the records, activities and achievements during the year. And against previous years, all of cartoonists in the world vote to choice best cartoon and cartoonist. You can choice one of the every candidates in each category and send us.

The winner of this part will be choosing by Tabriz cartoonists association's members in 7 April 2013. It is necessary to mention this list is the most successful member of Tabriz cartoon association in this year.

A detailed explanation:

-some. Body who won in 7 April ceremony will not be candidate in next year, despite of repeated his/her success; to other cartoonist have chance to obtain the titles.

-those who achieve one of titles are dedicated 7 April statues and certificate.

- To other introduced candidates will be offer a memorial certificate.

-All of cartoonists who won international contest during year can register to participate in this event next year (required document: photo, copy of certificate and CV.)
