Invitation to send cartoons about new year

Dear Artist,

Saint-Vincent Municipality, in collaboration with INSAINTVINCENT Association, will set up an Internet Point by the “Galleria d'arte civica”, from December 27, 2012 to January 6, 2013, from where visitors will be able to send e-mail greetings for the Holyday Season.

We will offer visitors the chance to add a cartoon to their greetings, that’s why we are inviting artists to send their cartoons to participate to this nice event. Therefore we send you the information you need to “help maintaining a smile during Christmas and New Year in Saint-Vincent, in the Aosta Valley. Our little town, which is a thermal resort, will then become a meeting point and sorting office of funny greetings that will come and go all over the world. Artists’ works will be printed on boards and put in exhibition during the whole event.

INFORMATION

Each participant will send only one work (JPG, 15x21 at least, 300 dpi) to: This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it on the subject: Happy New Year from SAINT-VINCENT. Photoshop files and vector files are admitted.

The cartoon will have to be received by December 8, 2012.

The cartoon will become unusable through a screened writing.

The cartoon will be numbered and printed on various boards.

Please attach the author’s name, last name and nationality.

The municipal Administration reserve the right to exhibit the works out of subject.

The whole exhibition will be published on the web site of Saint-Vincent Municipality: www.comunedisaintvincent.it

By sending the material the hereby rules will be accepted.

All received personal data will be treated complying with the privacy (law 31.12.96 n. 675).
